Cashback & Reward Credit Cards
Some credit card companies will offer loyalty schemes to those credit card holders who pay off the full balance of their credit card every month. This type of loyalty scheme rewards those that regularly pay off their balance in full.
Cashback schemes will usually provide the credit card user with an agreed percentage of the amount spent. In theory, this means that the more you spend the more you save. Some credit card companies limit the extent of deals of this type by only providing cashback on money spent with selected shops and companies. Furthermore, some companies delay the repayment and pay on an annual basis.
Other credit cards may include reward schemes, such as bonus points every time you use your card. This type of credit card reward scheme credits borrowers when they shop sometimes it’s wherever but usually with their partner sites. Cards with good loyalty schemes often attract high interest rates.
